Larceny, Breach of Peace Cases End in Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The reported the following arrests:

Dale A. Arpin, 36, of 100 Wheeler Village Drive in Southington, was charged with possession of over one kilogram of marijuana, possession of over one kilogram with the intent to sell, possession of narcotics, possession of over four ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor, April 27.

Jennifer L. DiBiase, 33, of 50 Ebert Drive in Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, April 28.

Nawal Tawfeeq, 38, of 241 Franklin Ave. in Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer, May 1.

Rasheeda Inman, 30, of 15 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with failure to drive right and evading responsibility in an accident, May 2.
