Southington police reported the following arrests:
Kendell M. Jordan, 19, of 100 Mark Lane in Waterbury, was arrested on one charge of second-degree breach of peace, Feb. 4.
Doreen Milewski, 54, of 53 Sand Hill Road in Bristol, was arrested on charges of first-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, Feb 7.
Steven J. Fortier, 22, of 900 S. Main St. in Plantsville, was cited on one charge of failure to respond to an infraction, Feb. 7.
