Larceny, Breach of Peace Charges Logged Wednesday
Police had two minor arrests and two noteworthy one in a smaller log Wednesday.
The reported the following arrests:
Henri Germaine, 51, of 62 Plaza Ave. in Southington, was charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace, Aug. 15.
Osman Qazimi, 39, of 996 Meriden Waterbury Road in Southington, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, Aug. 16.
Patrick L. Valentine, 50, of 132 Stafford Ave. in Bristol, was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing, Aug. 16.
Kelly Cole Saucier, 45, of 48 Blossom Way in Southington, was charged with first-degree larceny through embezzlement, Aug. 16.
