Larceny, Prescription Drug Fraud Cases Lead to Arrests

Arrest logs through march 30, 2011.

Southington police reported the following arrests:

Thomas J. Marchand, 39, of 162 Wall St. in Hebron, was arrest on one charge of third-degree larceny, March 29.

Erin Kelly, 40, of 900 S. Colony Road in Wallingford, was cited on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure motor vehicle, March 29. 

Abimael Rodriquez, 32, of 103 Norton St. in Plantsville, was arrested on one charge of sixth-degree larceny, March 29.

Kelly A. Greger, 28, of 28 Gilbert St. in New Britain, was arrested on charges of criminal attempt to possess narcotics and obtaining a prescription by committing fraud, March 29.
