No Jurors Picked Monday in Komisarjevsky Jury
Jury selection remains at 11 for death penalty trial.
No jurors were picked Monday during jury selection for the trial of Joshua Komisarjevsky, the second Cheshire home invasion defendant.
That means jury selection remains at 11, seven women and four men, for the trial, which is scheduled to start in September.
Komisarjevsky faces the death penalty for the triple homicide in 2007 of a doctor’s wife and two daughters during a kidnapping and robbery turned violent.
