Police Active with Motor Vehicle Charges, Marijuana Possession

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Southington Police reported the following:

Gianpietro Macri, 27, of 1200 Marion Ave., Marion, was charged with failure to grant right of way, July 3.

Eddie O. Rivera, 26, of 26 Summit St., Meriden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and traveling too fast, July 3.

Frank John Diaz, 22, of 64 Arlington Drive, Southington, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, and improper lane, July 5.

Sarah M. Otano, 30, of 73 South Plains Road, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, July 5.

Mary Cianciolo, 41, of 20 College Ave., Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer, July 5.

Luis A. Diaz, 18, of 55 Concord St., New Britain, was charged with possession of marijuana, July 5.

Youssef Ettouzani, 25, of 418 Farmington Ave., New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, July 5.
