Southington police reported the following arrests:
Camille J. Lebel, 56, of 11 McKernan Dr. in Plainville, was arrested on charges of second-degree forgery and possession of narcotics, June 9.
Ross Brandon Hatheway, 30, 560 North Brevard St. in St. Augustine, Fla., was arrested on one count of possession of marijuana, June 10.
Three others were cited on charges of operating a motor vehicle without registration and failure to insure a motor vehicle.
