Police: Domestic Cases, Fights Make for Busy Weekend

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The reported the following arrests:

Matthew Victor Couture, 34, of 990 Yale Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and three counts of violating probation, April 26.

Brandon A. Moss, 22, of 105 Roxbury Road in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second degree threatening, second-degree harassment and carrying a dangerous weapon, April 27.

Abimael Batista, 30, of 171 Britannia St. in Meriden, was charged with driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling too fast and second-degree failure to appear, April 29.

Stacy N. Fernandes, 20, of 10 Crestwood Drive in Naugatuck, was charged with creating a public disturbance, April 29.

Colleen M. Picone, 32, of 112 Summitt St. in Plantsville, was charged with two counts of violating a protective order, first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree breach of peace and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, April 29.

Susan M. Buchanan, 46, of 179 Windermere Ridge in Southington, was charged with evading responsibility, April 24.

Karen M. Carbone, 28, of 78 Laning St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, April 30.

Michael A. Hutchinson, 23, of 78 Laning St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, April 30.

James LeFort, 45, of 213 Clark St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, April 30.

Lucas Calvo, 20, of 410 Berlin St. in Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, April 30.
