Southington police reported the following arrests:
Patricia Taylor-Jenkins, 44, of 18 Tyrrell Drive in Wolcott, was arrested on charges of fifth-degree larceny and misuse of plates, March 20.
Margaret Windecker, 45, of 109 Norton St. in Plantsville, was cited on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure motor vehicle, March 19.
Rhiannon M. Daley, 30, of 469 Main St. in Southington, was arrested on charges of failure to maintain proper lane and driving under the influence, March 22.
