Police Make Arrests in Larceny, Disorderly Conduct Cases
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Southington police reported the following arrests:
Mindy L. Billings, 36, of 106 Laurel St. in Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, June 22.
Stephen A. Uryga, 53, of 42 Victoria Drive in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 23.
