Police Make Drug, Motor Vehicle Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The reported the following arrests:

Matt Marcuccio, 21, of 45 Woodruff St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 16.

Danielle Deleon, 22, of 30 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order on April 17.

Dennis Cartier, 20, of 30 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order on April 17.

Anthony Deleo, 26, of 49 Amanda Lane in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on April 17.

Charles Abata III., 42, of 146 Liberty St. in Southington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and following too closely on April 17.

Donald Anderson Jr., 52, of 72 Homedale Ave. in Southington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana and risk of injury on April 19.

Steven K. Pelto, 25, of 63 Homedale Ave. in Southington, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school on April 19.

Andrew C. Pelto, 20, of 63 Homedale Ave. in Southington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school with intent to sell on April 19.

Casey A. Molaver-Gietek, 22, of 292 Pattonwood Drive in Southington, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace on April 19.

Kevin Martin, 29, of 148 Feraro Drive, Bristol, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and misuse of marker plates on April 19.

Arthur A. Hornby, 34, of 16 Windsor Place, Naugatuck, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration on April 19.

Hussam Ahmad, 19, of 149 Park St., Bristol, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension on April 16.

Jason W. Malia, 28, of 13 Van Rose in North Haven, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to maintain lane on April 18.

Sean Reardon, 18, of 44 School St. in Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on April 20.

Tommy Barnes, 32, of 156 Grove St. in Meriden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and improper passing on April 20.

Matthew Marcuccio, 22, of 238 Flanders Road in Southington, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear on April 20.

Jodey A. Charette, 48, of 52 Sheila Court in Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 20.

Andrew C. Pelto, 20, of 63 Homedale Ave., Southington, was charged with assault, and 2nd-degree breach of peace on April 21.
