Sale of Marijuana Leads Light Arrest Log
Police said a New Britain man was one of three arrested recently in a light arrest log released Wednesday.
The reported the following arrests:
Richard M. Simone, 21, of 563 Shuttle Meadow Road in Southington, was charged with failure to drive right and evading responsibility, Sept. 17.
Krista M. Legnani, 41, of 63 Merrell Ave. in Southington, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, Sept. 20.
Darrick J. Eathorne, 21, of 368 Allen St. in New Britain, was charged with possession of marijuana and sale of marijuana, Sept. 20.
The preceding arrest information was supplied by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
