Sexual Assault, Burglary Cases Lead to Charges

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The reported the following arrests:

Edward J. Parmentier, 38, of 112 Forest Park Ave. in Springfield, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain proper lane, May 30.

Mathew J. Freer, 22, of 298 Deerbrooke Circle in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain proper lane, June 1.

Ricky A. Feathers, 30, of 69 Old Mill Road in Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order, June 1.

Justin M. Larrabee, 27, of 42 Park St. in Bristol, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, June 2.

Albert Johnson Jr., 50, of 42 Victoria Drive in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, June 3.

Stephen Uryga, 54, of 42 Victoria Drive in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 3.

Matthew Pawloski, 36, of 68 Daily Ave. in New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, June 3.

Michael R. Champagne, 41, of 21 Elam St. in New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, June 1.

Christopher Mastrianni, 25, of 247 Flanders St. in Southington, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft, June 4.

Jonathan Faulk, 21, of 23 W. Main St. in Plainville, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, June 4.
