The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests and citations:
On Dec. 24, 2011, Kevin R. King, 35, of 173 North Main St., Southington was charged with shining a laser pointer to harass and alarm. He will be appearing in court on Jan. 13, 2012.
On Dec. 26, 2011, Arun Shoban, 43, of 19 Cedar Point Road, Wolcott was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A court date has been set for Jan. 6, 2012.
On Dec. 27, 2011 Marianne R. Torell, 57, 25 Howard Ave., Southington was charged with driving under the influence and was scheduled for court on Dec. 27, 2011. A bond was set at $10,000.00.
On Dec. 27, 2011, Sarah Smith, 32, of 25 Mountain View Rd., Southington was charged with disorderly conduct, and assault in the 3rd degree. A court date has been set for Dec. 28, 2011. A bond was set at $5,000.
