Southington Police Blotter: A New Definition of 'Repeat Offender'

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Southington woman is facing multiple disorderly conduct charges after she proceeded to cause a disturbance Wednesday night following a separate incident earlier in the evening, police said. Take a look at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

April 13

Kelsey Cyr, 25, of 123 Gwen Road in Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, April 13.

April 16

Zachary M. Tentoni, 25, of 312 Meriden Ave. in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, April 16.

Ryan Morton, 28, of 258 Bristol St. in Southington, was charged with violation of probation, April 16.

April 17

Alissa Patla, 23, of 80 Shadee Lane in Waterbury, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny, April 17.

Robert Kohl, 29, of 85 Wilbur St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, April 17.

Lisa I. Merill, 43, of 16 Whippoorwill Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, April 17 (8:48 p.m.).

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Three people were cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
  • Two people were cited with allowing a dog to roam.
  • One person was cited with failure to vaccinate a dog.
  • One person was cited with seatbelt violation.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
  • One person was cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
  • One person was cited with failure to renew registration.
