Southington Police Blotter: Aug. 27 - Aug. 28

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Waterbury man was charged Tuesday after police said he attempted to avoid responsibility after causing an accident in town, driving with a vehicle that wasn't registered. It was one of three arrests on the latest set of logs. Take a look back at the latest police blotter.

The reported the following arrests:

Aug. 27

James Tatro, 47, of 930 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, Aug. 27.

Antonella C. Tatro, 44, of 930 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault, Aug. 27.

Aug. 28

Christopher C. Crehan, 23, of 47 Whittier Ave. in Waterbury, was charged with following to close, evading responsibility in an accident and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Aug. 28.
