Southington Police Blotter: Breach of Peace, Assault and Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police reported four arrests over the past week, three which involved the breach of peace or disorderly conduct charges. In addition, officers issued 10 citations for various infractions. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

April 8

Kevin Parker, 42, of 444 Barlow St. in Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening, April 8.

April 10

Jay Pastor, 26, of 1 Zwicks Farm Road in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, April 10.

Lucinda Lafrance, 54, of 589 Stafford Ave. in Bristol, was charged with second-degree harassment and breach of peace, April 10.

Frank Prusinowski, 49, of 858 South End Road in Southington, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, April 10.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:


  • Three people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Three people were cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
  • Two people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic control signal.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without proper insurance.
