The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:
March 18
Kyle J. Northam, 30, of 395 Dunham St. in Southington, was charged with improper use of marker plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure motor vehicle, March 18.

March 19
Charges against Christopher Nichols were dismissed without conviction. The article has been updated to reflect that all charges were dropped.
Shandreka Bonner, 20, of 36 Thunderbird Drive in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, March 19.
Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

- One person was cited with following too close.
