Southington Police Blotter: DUI With No License

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A busy end of week and start of this week proved to be busy as police reported multiple arrests. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department also reported the following arrests:

Nov. 19

Hong K. Tran, 55, of 35 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain proper lane, Nov. 19.

Josue Garcia-Solon, 21, of 63 Baldwin St. in Waterbury, was charged with misuse of marker plates and operating a motor vehicle without a license, Nov. 19.

Nov. 25

Nicholas W. Florian, 25, of 506 Mt. Vernon Road in Plantsville, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespassing and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 25.

Kevin Marquis, 48, of 74 Summer St. in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 25.

Cole Criniti, 25, of 1124 Meriden Ave. in Southington, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 25.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Three people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • Two people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
  • One person was cited  speeding/traveling too fast.
