Southington Police Blotter: Feb. 15 - 19

Rounding out the weekend and early week arrests, police reported cases involving a domestic case, a DUI, motor vehicle violations and criminal mischief. In addition, 10 people were also cited for various violations. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Feb. 15

Pamela Rustigian, 48, of 251 Norton St. in Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct, Feb. 15.

Feb. 18

William Carlson, 48, of 320 Northstar Drive in Southington, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motor vehicle without a license and driving under the influence, Feb. 18.

Dorothy M. Mukon, 22, of 40 Liberty St. in New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to insure motor vehicle, Feb. 18.

Feb. 19

Labinot Pergjoni, 23, of 834 S. Main St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, Feb. 19.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

• Six people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• Two people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
• One person was cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
• One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
