Southington Police Blotter: Feb. 26 - March 4

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

It was a busy end of week and start to the weekend for Southington police as officers made arrests and issued citations in several domestic cases, DUI arrests, shoplifting cases and more. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Feb. 26

Ashley Pelletier, 18, of 2 Kane St. in Southington, was charged with creating a public disturbance, Feb. 26.

Feb. 27

Roman Piatrzak, 51, of 19 Littlebrook Crossing in Farmington, was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility in an accident and failure to maintain proper lane, Feb. 27.

Feb. 28

Angela Lindsay Hufman, 26, of 9 Perron Road in Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Feb. 28.

Michael J. Hufman, 48, of 9 Perron Road in Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Feb. 28.

March 1

Susan Gladys South, 55, of 324 Pondview Drive in Southington, was charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, March 1.

March 4

David Paul Gray, 48, of 15 Glenn Place in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, March 4.

Laurie Rita Gray, 40, of 1215 S. Broad St. in Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct, March 4.

Samantha Roy, 26, of 189 Oak St. in New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, March 4.

  • Eleven (11) people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Four people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • Three people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
  • Two people were cited with speeding/traveling too fast for conditions.
  • One person was cited with failure to drive in proper lane.
  • One person was cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
