The other stats is kinda like the twelve days of Christmas, ain't it? Say, by the way, do any you members of Southington's finest ever notice and cite any cell phone scofflaws? Perhaps the citizens are the only ones who notice them, zipping around town, in number, merrily chatting with friends. There's good money in those fines, fines that Mr. Brumback and Capitano Poccok don't seem interested in getting for the town coffers and making the streets safer for law-abiding drivers, pedestrians and kids. Okay guys, I'll let you go -- I heard they have a fresh batch of doughnuts coming out at DDs. Enjoy your break.
