July 11

Gregory Brousseau, 18, of 340 Lower Lane, Berlin, was charged with possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.

Jeffrey A. Aresco, 18, of 114 Reservoir Rd, Kensington, was charged with possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.

Juan G. Marrero-Diaz, 21, of 41 Allen St, New Britain, was charged with possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.

Matthew P.  Gianoni, 19, of 275 Vineyard Dr., Berlin, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Paul P. Martin, 18, of 93 Trumball Av, Plainville, was charged with possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua R. Olsby, 23, of 300 Cold Spring Rd, Rocky Hill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kaitlyn Rodrigues, 18, of 3551 Emory Dr, Holiday, FL., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew P. Lamoureux, 20, of 520 Guilford Rd, Durham, was charged with possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 13

Anthony Perez, 20, of 1689 Iranistan Ave, Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Kristen E.  Kern, 43, of 33 Darling St., Southington, was charged with breach of peace.

Joseph A. D'Amato, 30, of 6 Berkley Court, Southington, was charged with breach of peace.

Jamie Garcia, 33, of 125 Howard Av, Southington, was charged with speeding, improper passing, running from police and driving with a suspended license.

Amie Wirth, 40, of 319 New Britain Rd, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Edward S. Cleveland, 48, of 172 Rethal St, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 14

Clarice F. Torres, 23, of 931 West Main St, New Britain, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way.

Ediezel Santos, 32, of 144 Grove St, Waterbury, was charged with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Vladimir Lambert II, 22, of 500 Wilson St, Waterbury, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Dylan W. Cooke, 18, of 310 Buckland St, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

July 15

Gina Ruthen, 49, of 12 Parkview Dr, Plantsville, was charged with cruelty to animals on

Kyle C. Cox, 28, of 1055 Marion Ave, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

July 16

Steven Lee Norman, 29, of 45106 Harris Rd., Belleville, MI, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and interfering with a police officer.

John E. Lancaster, 22, of 6935 Harold St, Taylor, MI, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Klaudia Kondrecka, 24, of 119 Smith St, New Britain, possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.

July 17

Cassandra M. McDougall, 18, of 170 High Tower Rd., Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and violating a protective order.

Richard A. McDougall, 21, of 170 High Tower Rd, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Michelle Whipple, 31, of 71 Norton St, Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Joseph R. Whipple, 33, of 71 Norton St, Plantsville, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kevin M. Keutman, 34, of 45 Longview Ave, Danbury, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Xavier D. Crofton, 20, of 66 Wilson St, Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Evan R. Pawlak, 18, of 38 Westland Ave, West Hartford, possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana.
