Southington Police Blotter: Larcenies, Fireworks and Criminal Impersonation

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

In a busy end of week log that included a look back at incidents from throughout the start of the month, police made arrests ranging from larcenies and possession of illegal fireworks to a criminal impersonation case. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

May 4


Harry E. Hall, 50, of 130 Buckland St. in Plantsville, was charged with possession of illegal fireworks, May 4.

May 6

Isaac Espinosa, 69, of 395 Mill St. in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence, May 6.

May 8

Petro Vynar, 45, of 179 Wonx Spring Road in Plantsville, was charged with breach of peace, May 8.

Jessica J. Pelletier, 36, of 225 Berlin Ave. in Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, May 8.

Diane Martell, 42, last known address of 315 Willow St. in Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny, May 8.

May 5

Theresa P. Rompre, 54, of 215 Blacks Road in Cheshire, was charged with passing on the right, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure motor vehicle, May 5.

May 9

Patrick Pepin, 18, of 141 Oak St. in Southington, was charged with two counts of failure to respond to an infraction, two counts of criminal impersonation and two counts of interfering with an officer, May 9.

William H. Nuerakis, 20, of 6 Fleet St. in Waterbury, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, May 9.

May 10

Eric Ferris, 23, of 102 Ridge Road in Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence and interfering with an officer, May 10.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Six people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • One person was cited with transporting a child without a proper child seat.
