Southington Police Blotter: Nov. 15, Nov. 19

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Officers charged two separate men in DUI accidents late last week as the latest arrest logs allowed the department to catch up on previously unreported arrests. There were also arrests made in a shoplifting case as well as a domestic complaint. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Nov. 15

James J. Tatro, 47, of 930 Pleasant St. in Southington, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident, driving under the influence, failure to drive to the right and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Nov. 15.

Scott Desmond, 32, of 405 Walnut St. in Stoughton, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence, Nov. 15.

Nov. 19

Tyler Delsanto, 18, of 17 Old Mill Road in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 19.

Christopher C. Davis, 43, of 253 West St. in Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct, Nov. 19.

Tyler J. Spotts, 29, of 5 Hamlin St. in Plainville, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 19.

  • Four people were cited with following too close.
  • Four people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Three people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
  • Three people were cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
  • One person was cited with failure to carry insurance card.
