Southington Police Blotter: Nov. 21, Nov. 22, Nov. 28 - Dec. 2

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police over the weekend charged seven Southington residents after breaking up a party that included a number of teenagers involved in underage drinking, and that was just the start of a busy arrest log that included domestic cases, shoplifting arrests, DUI charges and more. The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Nov. 21

Christopher Soucy, 29, of 52 Greystone St. in Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, Nov. 21.

Nov. 22

Kenneth Hekeler, 25, of 1607 Reinhard Road in Cheshire, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure motor vehicle, Nov. 22.

Nov. 28

Lisa A. Digiandomenico, 56, of 94 Westbrook Road in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 28.

Cody G. Valle, 18, of 35 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, assault on medical personnel and interfering with an office, Nov. 28.

Nov. 29

Zachary Dugee, 19, of 1151 Meriden Ave. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, Nov. 29.

Amanda V. Amenta, 27, of 18 Cynthia Court in New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 29.

Angela N. Miranda, 28, of 7 Black Birch Road in Plainville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Nov. 29.

Brian S. Curylo, 26, of 18 Cynthia Court in New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, Nov. 29.

Michael A. Mancini, 24, of 246 Boundline Road in Wolcott, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to insure motor vehicle and following too close, Nov. 29.

Nov. 30

Nicole A. Roy, 26, of 117 Rhoda Lane in Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 30.

Dec. 1

Michael D. Kindelan, 35, of 482 Lake Ave. in Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence, Dec. 1.

Drena Michelle Dleude, 19, of 31 Briar Lane in Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, Dec. 1.

Michael Delfino, 22, of 777 Old Turnpike Road in Southington, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, Dec. 1.

Chris J. Bernadini, 24, of 87 Eden Ave. in Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Dec. 1.

Dec. 2

John Thornton, 28, of 2118 Meriden-Waterbury Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, Dec. 2.

  • Seven people were cited with minors in possession of alcohol. 
  • Six people were cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
  • Two people were cited with seatbelt violations.
  • Two people were cited with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
  • Two people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
  • One person was cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle with tinted windows without a DMV sticker.
  • One person was cited with failure to have working stoplights.
  • One person was cited with making a restricted left turn.
  • One person was cited with failure to maintain proper lane.
  • One person was cited with having an improper muffler.
