Southington Police Blotter: Oct. 27 to Oct. 31

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Oct. 27

Ramon H. Ocasio Jr., 24, 81 Garden St., New Britain, was charged with driving under the suspension and a failure to insure a motor vehicle on Oct. 27. He is due in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 5.

Eduardo Moreno, 27, 36 Camp St., New Britain, was charged with misuse of a registration, a failure to insure a motor vehicle, driving with tinted windows and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Oct. 26. He is due in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 5.

Peter Petracca, 58, 45 Old Mountain Road, Southington, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer on Oct. 27. He was held on a $1,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on Oct. 29.

Oct. 29

James L. Tatro, 47, 930 Pleasant St., Southington, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Oct. 29. He was held in a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 12.

Oct. 31

Jared Cocchiola, 24, 449 Marion Ave., Southington, was charged with evading responsibility, a failure to renew a registration and a failure to obey a stop sign on Oct. 31. He is due in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 13.

Effie M. Cahill, 31, 250 Summit St., Planstville, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Oct. 31. Cahill is due in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 9.

Jeffrey Gonzalez, 23, 127 Harvard St., Hartford, was cited for a cell phone violation on Oct. 31. He is due in Bristol Superior Court on Nov. 9.
