The following individuals are set to appear in Bristol Superior Court on corresponding dates listed in each blotter item.
Emil Sapere III, 45, 109 Wildwood Road, Tolland, was cited for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Oct. 31. Court date: Nov. 9.
Monique E. Johnson, 18, 4 Prospect Hill Road, Cromwell, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 31. Court date: Nov. 13.

Shkelqim Rama, 29, 53 Gross St., Waterbury, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal storage of narcotics, possessing a weapon in a motor vehicle and a failure to maintain the proper lane on Oct. 30. Court date: Nov. 13. Bond: $10,000.
Victor R. Diaz, 57, 34 Olga Ave., Windsor, was cited for unsafe backing on Oct. 22. Court Date: Nov. 2.

Manuel Velez, 34, 453 Homestead Ave., Waterbury, was cited for evaiding responsibility and a failure to grant the right of way on Oct. 28. Court date: Nov. 5.
Rachel P. Wirtes, 28, 178 Goodwin St., Bristol, cited for a failure to maintain a proper lane on Oct. 23. Court date: Nov. 9
Jeffrey Gonzalez, 23, 127 Harvard St., Hartford, cited for a cell phone violation on Oct. 31. Court Date: Nov. 9.
