Southington Police Blotter: Sept. 28 - Sept. 30

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

In a busy weekend for Southington police, officers responded to complaints of an assault and breach of peace on Friday and a domestic complaint on Sunday. An arrest was also made in connection with an alleged driving under the influence incident.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Sept. 28

Vance Zarella, 43, of 245 Whalley Ave. in New Haven, was charged with violation of a restraining order, Sept. 28.

Jason M. Thomas, 38, of 165 Jude Lane in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, Sept. 28.

Mark R. Gallmon, 31, of 54 Burgandy Hill Lane in Middletown, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace, Sept. 28.

Sept. 29

Matthew P. Shea, 34, of 22 Hillside Ave. in Plantsville, was charged with driving under the influence, Sept. 29.

Sept. 30

Jessica M. Pullman, 23, of 105 Andrews St. in Southington, was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace, Sept. 30.

Joseph R. Pullman, 25, of 105 Andrews St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Sept. 30.

  • Four people were cited with driving unregistered motor vehicles.
  • Three people were cited for following too close.
  • Three people were cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • One person were cited with failure to obey a traffic signal.
  • One person was cited with passing a stopped school bus.
  • One person was cited with cell phone violations.
