Southington Police Blotter: Sept. 5 - Sept. 6

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police chase and gun theft arrests made for an interesting end of the week arrest logs, as Southington officers reported a total of six arrests over a two day period including that of a Bristol man that allegedly stole an off-duty Hartford police officer's gun and sold it in exchange for an undisclosed quantity of crack cocaine. The reported the following arrests:

Sept. 5

Alexander Ricciardelli, 18, of 962 S. Main St. in Planstville, was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school zone, Sept. 5.

Eric Morin, 22, of 52 Warner St. in Bristol, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, theft of a firearm, conspiracy to commit theft of a firearm, illegal firearms trafficking and conspiracy to commit illegal firearms trafficking, Sept. 5.

Edward Hawksley, 34, of 35 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order, Sept. 5.

Sept. 6

Roger Card, 37, of 1440 Whalley Ave. in New Haven, was charged with first-degree forgery, third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny, Sept. 6.

Craig Achilli, 36, of 11 Woodbine St. in Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, Sept. 6.

Robert Dlugolenski, 24, of 91 Spring Hill Road in Southington, was charged with running from police, speeding, unsafe passing, failure to obey traffic signal, reckless driving, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree failure to appear, Sept. 6.
