Southington Police Blotter: Theft, Breach of Peace Cases and More

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police reported three arrests to end the week, including a larceny case and two breach of peace cases, but there were also plenty of citations as officers were busy on the road. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

June 3

Teresa Dybinska, 60, of 26 Hayes St. in New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, June 3.

June 6

Christian Bedard, 37, of 43 Hunting Hill in Southington, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief, June 6.

June 7

Shaun Walowski, 22, of 2039 Mt. Vernon Road in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 7.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Three people were cited with seatbelt violations.
  • Two people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • One person was cited with failure to maintain proper lane.
  • One person was cited with failure to carry a license.
  • One person was cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • One person was cited with following too close.
  • One person was cited with passing in a no passing zone.
