Southington Police Blotter: Woman Charged in Connection with Drug, Theft of Firearm Case

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Southington woman is facing charges following an arrest earlier this month where she was found in possession of narcotics while being taken into custody for her role in the theft of a firearm earlier this year. But that was just one of several arrests reported Monday. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department also reported the following arrests:

Nov. 7

Joanne Delfino, 37, last known address of 1937 Mt. Vernon Road in Southington, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of a firearm and conspiracy to commit theft of a firearm, Nov. 7.

Nov. 20

Brandon Pack, 19, of 48 George St. in Southington, was charged with home invasion, first-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, Nov. 20.

Alicia Janelle, 20, of 19 Taunton St. in Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, Nov. 20.

Nov. 21

Tyler D. French, 24, of 73 Todd Road in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, criminal liability in a robbery and criminal liability in a larceny, Nov. 21.

William Caco, 30, of 51 Forest Lane in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault on a pregnant person and disorderly conduct, Nov. 21.

Nov. 22

Mark C. Richardson, 61, of 1645 Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike in Southington, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Nov. 22.

Nov. 23

Frank M. Blinn, 39, of 44 Crescent St. in Southington, was charged with two counts of failure to properly register within the state’s sex offender registry, Nov. 23.

Sherry L. Partyka, 59, of 5 Lynn Ave. in Plantsville, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident, Nov. 23.

Nov. 24

Priscilla Garuti, 23, of 1098 Savage St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 24.

Jakhi Burgin, 18, of 226 Ridgefield Drive in Middletown, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, Nov. 24.

Nov. 25

Martin McCulloch, 19, of 1048 S. Main St. in Plantsville, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 25.

Stephen f. Lynch, 23, of 958 S. Main St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Nov. 25.

OTHERS

  • Eight people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Six people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
  • Two people were cited with allowing a dog to create a nuisance.
  • One person was cited with failure to renew registration.
  • One person was cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic signal.
