Southington Police: 'Woman Was Sitting Naked on the Steps'

The following arrests were provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Plantsville woman is facing charges after police said she was found her sitting in her birthday suit on a set of steps outside a business on Capt. Lewis Drive over the weekend.

Cindy Hohstadt, 51, of 4 Cianci Ave. in Plantsville, was sitting naked on the steps of a business Saturday as officers approached to investigate a complaint, police said. She spoke with officers briefly and was charged with public indecency. Police allowed her to leave on a promise to appear.

Jakub Kasinski, 19, of 33 Muir Terrace in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and unlawful restraint, July 6.

Erik R. Olender, 23, of 285 Queen Terrace in Southington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, July 6.

Ryan Quadtro, 23, of 407 Curtiss St. in Southington, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and sale of a controlled substance, July 7.

Jay R. Pelletier, 40, of 279 Rethal St. in Southington, was charged with possession of narcotics, July 7.

Brandon Dlugos, 24, of 749 Queen St. in Southington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, July 7.

Laura P. Dimasso, 44, of 53 Round Hill Road in Southington was charged with second-degree failure to appear, July 7.

Michael Etcheto, 22, of 34 Whitney Ave. in Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, July 7.

Jermaine Armstrong, 33, of 191 Surrey Drive in Bristol, was charged with interfering with police, July 8.

Valery Augustin, 31, of 855 Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call, July 8.

Lynnette P. Richardson, 24, of 218 Farmington Ave. in Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer, July 8.

Joshua N. Cuadrado, 21, of 217 Old Turnpike Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, July 8.

Charles Jardine, 46, of 217 Old Turnpike Road in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, July 8.

Leila E. Karst, 20, of 367 Beaver Meadow Road in Haddam, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, July 8.
