Two Charged in Attempted Larceny in Plantsville Neighborhood

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Michael Harris, 40, last known address of 5 Laurel Lane in Prospect, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, June 7.

Joshua Robert Lynch, 27, of 40 N. Elm St. in Torrington, was charged with two counts of second-degree forgery, three counts of sixth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear, June 8.

Sean Reidinger, 22, of 91 Rahlene Drive in Southington, was charged with possession of illegal drugs, possession with the intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia, June 5.

Neil Anthony Picone, 23, of 157 Meriden-Waterbury Road in Southington, was charged with possession of illegal drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of a controlled substance and possession within 1,500 feet of a school zone, June 5.

Michael J. Serra, 22, of 20 Strawberry Lane in Southington, was charged with illegal delivery of alcohol to a minor, June 8.

Wayne Levesque, 62, of 56 Carol Drive in Southington, was charged with interfering with an officer and carrying a firearm under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, June 8.

Kevin J. Marquis, 47, of 297 N. Main St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an office, June 9.

Noberto Rodriguez Jr., 29, of 52 Ridge St. in Waterbury, was charged with driving under the influence and evading responsibility, June 9.

David J. Sieracki, 48, of 165 Jude Lane in Southington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, June 9.

Dylan W. Cooke, 18, of 310 Buckland St. in Plantsville, was charged with criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny, June 9.

Jared Haddock, 18, of 41 Muir Terrace in Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, June 9.

Sebastion Z. Szczerbacki, 38, of 68 Old Mill Road in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call, June 10.

Ashley M. Bessoni, 22, of 1031 Woodruff St. in Southington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, June 10.

Peter Petracca, 58, of 45 Old Mountain Road in Marion, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree strangulation, June 10.

Jamie Lee Tamulonis, 26, of 36 Maywood Lane in Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence, June 10.

Philip Sullivan, 49, of 980 S. Main St. in Plantsville, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, June 10.

Jared Haddock, 18, of 41 Muir Terrace, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 12.
