Waterbury Man Arrested in Home Invasion After Following Ex-Girlfriend

Police said a Waterbury man is facing charges including home invasion after he followed an ex-girlfriend to her Darling Street home and proceeded to fight with her and a man she had come back with from a club.

The man was arrested on June 11 and charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and home invasion during an arraignment Monday.

He was released after posting a $100,000 bond according to court records.

The man was eventually found not guilty, according to court records.

Southington police reported the following arrests:

Alexandre E. Moss, 38, of 1204 Chapel St. in New Haven, was arrested on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, June 10.

Michael C. Gustafson, 26, of 119 W. Main St. in Plantsville, was arrested on charges of second-degree breach of peace and intimidating a witness, June 13.

Torrie J. Derisi, 26, of 56 SunValley Drive in Southington, was arrested on one charge of violation of a protective order, June 13.

Arthur R. D’Agostino, 43, of 57 Park St. in Bristol, was arrested on one charge of fifth-degree larceny, June 13.

Amber L. Cunningham, 18, of 72 Mark Drive in Plantsville, was arrested on one charge of sixth-degree larceny, June 13.
