- Week of Nov. 12 – 16, into the week of Nov. 19 - 23: West of Route 10 and south of West Center Street.
- Week of November 19 – 23, into the week of Nov. 26 - 30: East of Route 10 and south of Berlin Street.
- Week of Nov. 26 - 30: A final pass of the remaining areas, as well as areas affected by the storms.
