Legislators Will Take to the Podium at Annual Breakfast

The Greater Southington Chamber of Commerce will host the town's legislators and open up the floor to questions as business owners have a chance to discuss the tough economy.

The Southington Chamber of Commerce and Yankeegas are sponsoring a breakfast with local state representatives on Thursday, April 5, at the Manor Inn Restaurant starting at 8 a.m.

An admission will be charged for a light breakfast.  State Senator Joe Markley, State Representatives Zeke Zalaski, Joe Aresimowicz and Rob Sampson will speak. 

There will be a question and answer period. 

Following the session, Yankeegas officials will summarize recent advancements regarding natural gas in the local region. The Chamber's Legislative Committee will host the event.
