Political Experience: Appointed to the Board of Finance, December 2007.

Member and past president, Southington Lions Club; director and past president, Community Accounting Aid Services, Inc.

Why did you run for office?
I ran to use my accounting knowledge and skills to assist the town and the taxpayers of Southington.

If elected, what would be your primary areas of focus?
My goal is keeping taxes down while maintaining services.

What do you feel is the biggest issue facing Southington today?
Federal and state funding continues to decrease while the mandates and restrictions imposed by the federal and state increase. We need to find an efficient way to balance these issues.
