Southington Hiring for a Zoning Enforcement Officer
Position involves investigating and enforcing zoning laws and reviewing and approving plans.
The Town of Southington is looking to hire a zoning enforcement officer.
According to a job posting on the town website, the position is responsible for investigating and enforcing applicable zoning laws and regulations, as well as reviewing plans and maps and issuing permits.
Requirements include high school graduation or GED, a year of experience in planning, zoning enforcement, real estate or a related field and possession or ability to acquire CAZEO certification.
The position reports to the director of planning and pays $52,744 annually.
