Red Cross Presents “When I’m In Charge”

Southington Youth Services is sponsoring a Red Cross Program called "When I'm in Charge." This program is for 4th and 5th grade students, presented by Terri Benoit, and covers how to be safe and responsible when students are at home on their own.
