Southington Industrial Building Sold; To Be Home of Target Sports

The property was sold for $757,000 and an online ammunition supplier will move into the building.


An industrial building on Robert Porter Road in Southington has been sold and is slated to be the new home of an online ammunition supplier.

According to a release, Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial sold 24 Robert Porter Rd. in Southington for $757,000. Karney represented the seller, David Scranton, and Carl Berman of NAI Elite Commercial, represented the buyer, Delmic Enterprises LLC. 

There is a 13,325 square foot industrial building on the 1.34-acre parcel.

The property will be the new location of operations for Target Sports USA, an online retailer of ammunition, firearms and gun-related equipment on its website www.targetsportsusa.com.

The building had been home to Classic Mustang Inc. Whether that business will remain in the building was not immediately available Thursday.
