Tri-Town Conference
Our 3rd Annual Tri-Town Conference, "The Not So Empty Nest", will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 9:30-2:00 at the Plainville Senior Center, located at 200 East Street, Plainville, CT.
Sponsored jointly by the Plainville, Southington and Farmington Senior Centers & Youth Services, the conference is expressly designed for grandparents who are raising their grandchildren and relatives acting as caregivers. Scheduled during April school vacation so that children may also attend, the program will provide lots of valuable info for grandparents, workshops for children, complimentary lunch, prizes and free childcare.
