Now that you have all you need, we leave you with a quote from Erardi presented to all school staff. The quote comes from Jim Collins book "Great by Choice" and was presented to all staff in aa back to school letter from the school district administration.

“It is our job to figure it out...there is never an acceptable excuse for failing to deliver great results. It is our job to figure it out, no matter how reform unfolds, how to deliver great results for our constituents and for our kids.”

Have a safe and happy first day of school!
