Social Service Aid - New rules are coming from the federal government - is it too late?

Should folks on state assistance be able to use EBT cards at strip clubs, tobacco shops and liquor stores?

Sen. Markley spoke with Jay Raven of WCCC about the EBT card scandal - what can be done to stop those getting state financial assistance from using ATM's at strip clubs, tobacco shops and liquor stores?

By the end of the year new federal standards will not allow state and federal aid to be withdrawn from EBT cards at casino's, strip clubs or tobacco shops.
