On Thursday, Aug. 16, the YMCA Camp Sloper Skate Park will be opening up the gates an hour early for an event sponsored by the clothing company, Something Sick, Inc.

Typically, the summer hours for the YMCA Skate Park are Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., but for this event, the park will be open at 5 p.m.

Throughout the event the team from Something Sick, Inc. will play music, serve food, and host a variety of competitions and contests.  Something Sick, Inc. will also have a merchandise tent where participants may purchase their new line of tee-shirts, sunglasses, and more.
