Community Update

I have used Superior Rental for over 10 years with mixed results. We recently rented lawn equipment for use on a Sunday. The pickup time was between 3-5 on Saturday with a return of Monday morning. The equipment stopped working after 45 minutes on Sunday. When calling for help, I got a call back, but there was no one available to help. I realize that this wasn't a big ticket item and wasn't very important to them. We were not able to complete much of the work we needed to complete. I would estimate it at 20%. The equipment rented was dependent on each other, so all of it was worthless once one item stopped working. Use caution when renting over a Sunday. There is NO support. To make matters worse, all that was offered was another rental or a 60% refund. Sorry, my time is worth more than another try and a partial refund of a failed service is far from good customer service.
