OTHER MAJOR EVENTS
Veterans Day Concert
Monday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m.
Southington High School, 720 Pleasant St. in Southington.
The Southington Public Schools Veterans’ Committee in partnership with the Southington High School Music Department will be sponsoring a Military Concert on Tuesday, November 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The second annual Veterans’ Day Concert is open to the entire community and will feature the national award winning SHS marching band. Tickets are available at the door with the entire $5 entry fee being donated to the Fisher House for recovering veterans. Southington veterans are encouraged to attend and further encouraged to wear their military branch of uniform. For further information please call the superintendent’s office at (860) 628-3202.
