You are never going to remove politics from any equation. Workplace, recreation, anywhere. OurRead More current town manager was hired on a party line vote. At least with a board of citizens at the helm, there is the opportunity for dialogue, debate, and even compromise. I watched little to no compromise take place tonight. I hope when this commission makes a decision to act on this subject, a less black and white argument ensues, with more gray areas filled.

I know Joe Aresimowicz, and I do not believe for 1 second what this obviously corrupt union officialRead More is claiming. Joe is a stand up official and serves the best interest of his constituents. Sounds to me like this Harry "Ray" Soucy is a bit full of himself.

I can't believe they're not already. They license barbers, hair dressers, food places, coffeeRead More shops, ect., but not a place where they are sticking a needles into your body... Only in CT.....?????

This was so sad. I just saw Dave at Top's Market about 1 week before his death. He was sunburned andRead More very happy - he had just returned from Texas where he saw his mother and sister(s). He said he was so glad he went. We hugged each other and I gave him encouragement because of everything his family was going through. He lived about 10 houses away and always had a smile on his face. My son and his went to kindergarten together 20 years ago and we've known them since then. Went to the wake - there must have been at least 200 people there and a line out the door. I wish I knew he had such a heart for the Lord - I would have loved to talked to him about that. Now he is with the Lord. No one lived life the fullest as he did. The Michels miss you, Dave.
